Weekly Education Schedule
Every week you will log in to your portal and access a mini-course on a topic that is crucial to your well-being. I have used my years of experience as a patient and as a provider to take all the information out there and distill it down to the relevant information. The result is videos on everything you need to know, explained in a digestible way.
The video content each week is anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, to be completed on your own time. You have this material for life—watch as many times as you like and soak up something new each time! There are tips and suggestions on how to apply and integrate the information into your own life and your family’s life. There are accompanying worksheets and resources to help you achieve your health goals.
Week 1: Brain, nervous system and how to utilize the mind-body connection
Week 2: Sleep and movement
Week 3: Nutrition guidelines
Week 4: Pain, pain management, and what is LDN
Week 5: Toxins and how to detox
Week 6: Gut and oral health
Week 7: Cellular health, mitochondria, and organ health
Week 8: Hormones (adrenals, thyroid, sex hormones, Vitamin D, etc)

As part of the full Surviving to Thriving program, I will be available all throughout the 12 weeks for any questions that come up. You can also chat with the other women in the Surviving to Thriving community for advice or to share your own tips!
The weekly coaching calls are where we practice optimizing and regulating our brain health, emotional health, and mental health—I think you’ll be shocked at the role your mind and emotions play in your physical health.
Did you know that thinking about something happy for two minutes causes your body to make significantly more antibodies (warrior immune cells), enabling you to better fight off colds and flus? Have you heard of tapping (EFT) and how it can calm an anxiety attack in minutes? Did you know that your brain’s subconscious patterns (“autopilot” programs) influence how you interpret sounds, social cues, and pain signals—and that you can consciously shift these patterns to your benefit?
